Appointed to the Board as CFO in October 2024 Alan is a chartered accountant with extensive commercial experience gained across a range of sectors covering the FTSE 100, large private  and private equity backed companies. Previously, Alan held the role of Group Financial Controller at MB Aerospace and prior to that held senior finance positions at Edrington and The Weir Group plc having previously worked for Deloitte in the UK and overseas. In addition to his core financial responsibilities, Alan has wide ranging M&A, investor relations and international experience.
